My recent stay at Tig Rua was fantastic. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful rural setting near Killarney. The farmhouse itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The host, Donal, was friendly and cute. He even had a cozy fire lit for my arrival. The attention to detail in the house was excellent, with everything labeled and organized impeccably. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the toilet not flushing easily and the need to heat the shower in advance, the overall experience was good. Donal provided all the necessary amenities, including laundry soap and even staples like tea and coffee. The quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Although there was no internet, it was a refreshing break from being constantly online. I highly recommend Tig Rua for anyone seeking a wonderful getaway. I had a enjoyable stay and look forward to returning.
